Galaxe Skills is a venue that connects buyers and independent sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal).
You must provide accurate information. The administrator reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that break the rules or spam the platform.
Buyers must accept delivery or open a dispute within 3 days of delivery. If no action is taken, the order is automatically marked complete. In the event of a dispute, Galaxe Skills acts as the final arbitrator, and our decisions are final.
Upon full and final payment, full ownership and intellectual property rights of the delivered work transfer to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon between the buyer and seller.
A platform commission applies to all completed transactions. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank details provided by the seller.
Illegal, misleading, or abusive content and system abuse are strictly prohibited.
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
